Welcome.  I'm glad you're here.  I hold such hope for my clients and for you.  I believe in the great potential for us all to heal, to grow, and to thrive.  We are in fact wired within to do these things, and with the support of a skilled and attuned therapist, these innate capacities and yearnings come to the fore in our lives.  You have already taken an important step towards whatever change, relief, experiences and transformation you seek.

By nature, I am warm, genuine, and open, and I believe my clients experience this in our work together.  I am passionate about helping people live from the heart, nurture strong and healthy relationships, and enjoy and build lives that bring fulfillment, joy and meaning.  I work regularly with people experiencing traumatic or complicated loss and grief, people in emotional crisis, people unsure of what paths and decisions are right for them, and people struggling in their relationships.

With a keen understanding of just how much relationships with partners impact personal well-being, I have a passion for working with couples, to facilitate the discovery or rediscovery of connection, desire, and intimacy.  I welcome working with all types of couples, and couples in all types of relationships.

I have trained extensively in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an integrative, experiential and attachment-based psychotherapy focused on deeper emotional processing and personal transformation.  I have also trained in PACT, a psychobiological approach to couples' therapy that focuses on building secure attachment between partners.  I have additional training in Grief Counseling, Hakomi Couples' Therapy, and Multidimensional Family Therapy.
